Dr. Erin Wiebe will share about good nutrition for moms, before and after birthing, and then how to feed picky kids once solids are introduced.

November 16: Christmas Crafty-Craft

This week let’s get crafting for Christmas!

Bring 5-8 4×6 photos to use for the craft (colour or b+w, can be of your family or whatever you want!) and scissors. If you have glue guns, please bring those as well.
