I saw this article today about helping kids adjust to Daylight Savings Time, and thought it had a few good ideas. I am definitely hoping that we might be able to shift B’s bedtime / wake up time just a little bit later… In the end, even just 15 minutes would be awesome.
Is anyone else planning to use this change to adjust your kids’ schedules? Are you dreading the change because your bedtimes / wake up times were already later than you’d like them to be? Or are you just kind of ignoring it / crossing your fingers?
