1 1/2 cup milk or half and half
filling of choice – cooked and crumbled bacon, cheddar, cooked broccoli, spinach, cooked ham, mushrooms etc (more or less what you’d put in your omelette)
Put foil over your baking sheet (it gets messy and burnt egg drippings ruin your sheets). Place shells on sheet, put filling of choice in shells, and pour egg mixture (eggs, milk + pepper) over filling.
Bake at 375 for 30 min or until set.
